Interesting how the USA Police make them sit on the sidewalk... NZ Police dont.

Guess making them sit on a sidewalk curb makes it more difficult to get up and run away when handcuffed (?)

Tow truck?? I thought it was something exciting there for a minute.

It was exciting. LOL The tow truck towed a car away after a few guys who were in it were arrested.
