We didn't see anyone around, no lights on at night. It looked as though it was an apartment building but not sure.

That's what I thought, since it has a few doors with different numbers on them.......Very strange place though : D

What an amazing building! At first I thought it was a shop but now I see all the doors - it looks almost like a block of motel rooms .
